MY FAMILY DAY JOURNAL 2023

 Family Day is a good reminder to emphasize and appreciate our connections with our family members. We spend time with our families and take part in events. I arrived at school early since we needed to practice our dance palabas for the presentation later that day. There were numerous performances, and it was great to watch them having fun. Parents are spending time with their children. The most essential thing is to spend time with the people who are most important to you, whether they are blood relatives or not. 

We gave our blood, sweat, and tears for our dance palabas, and we practiced really hard and performed it properly; it wasn't perfect, but we did our best, and that's all that matters. It's wonderful to see students perform with such wonderful abilities. I had given up hope on our dancing palabas because the other teams' performances were so good, and I was startled by the fact that we won second place. I felt like all of the difficulties we faced in order to put on a good show had finally paid off. It's lovely to see other families laughing and enjoying themselves. This type of event appeals to me because it allows me to spend time with my family and friends. 

We had dinner after the performances, dinner is an excellent way to talk to your parents and just enjoy the moment. I did not win the raffle because I was not one of the participants. I was disappointed since I, too, wanted to experience that, but I am delighted for those who won. Then, after the disco, it was great to see how much fun the students were having. They had a good time at the event. While they were all having a good time, I was simply sitting there since my social battery was down and I couldn't wait to get home. Overall, it was enjoyable to relive the experience because we were unable to do so during the pandemic. We formed solid ties with many people.
